Lala, If everything you say is true, then Tony is in violation of at least one Child Labor law (minors working in the kitchen), and probably several others (hours worked without a break, etc.). Here's what you need to do. Contact the Dept of Labor, Licensing & Registration (http://www.llr.state.sc.us/). Inform them of violations and ask them to investigate. This website also has all the information you need regarding federal and SC child labor laws. Oh, and you may want to start looking for other employment. I know I would. Good luck.
