SONY Be Careful Of Sony Rebates. Sony ripped me off royally in Houston Texas
I participated in 2 different Sony Rebate Promotions in June 2003, #02-52076 when I purchased a regular monitor and #02-52078 when we purchased a "Flat Screen" monitor for my husband.
The only reason we purchased the 2nd monitor at that time was due to the savings of the rebate. I knew each offer said one rebate per family but they were Different Promotions. Sony refused to pay my $50 rebate saying I had sent in two rebates for the same promotion.
I emailed several times and called a couple of times to let them know I did not think this was fair. They refused to listen to reason or send me any documentation supporting their claim. They were uncaring, rude down right insistant that they were right and I was wrong. After almost a year, I still feel so angry that I was ripped off.
