As the consumer-business liason, all consumers should be aware of those select group of retailers that have been invited to join the Better Business Bureau, meaning that this group has am extremely limited number of consumer complaints. An even more limited number of retailers are members of the BBB's Care Program, which is dedicated to specialized consumer dispute resolution, so that all consumer issues are adequately addressed and satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner. Please always check with your local Better Business Bureau prior to making a major purchase decision. Retailers who are NOT members are usually not because they have experienced far too many consumer complaints. The BBB researches these statistics prior to INVITING any business to become a member. Have you tried resolving your issue/s through the Better Business Bureau?....? That is what they are there for, to serve all of us as consumers.
