Space Ape, Hasbro Transformers: Earth Wars cheating with bundles London United Kingdom
Hi,
i bought many times bundles from them. Last on on this sunday, they promised an autobot Grimlock, and the purchase covered 10 Grimlock christals. I got no autobot from them only duplicates. Before i bought a 20 chrystal bundle and got nothing from them, but duplicates. They dont give you anyting valuable for your money, only duplicates. Its like a gamble, not like in other game, i discurage every player to buy anything from this company. They are like thief.
I contacted customer support for compensation, but they answered the usual marketing stuff, buy a next bundle and may you will have luck. What is this, if not open cheating, are they threating their customers like crows? Google play really should check such companies and forbid them to sell any of their products, they are openly cheating customers.
