Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Well holy hell I don't even know where to begin.  First we filed a report about a key only used on 1 machine ever purchased for one of my employees.  Within about 2 weeks time it locked out stating too many activations.  But get this, the computer never had a roll back and only had a hard drive upgrade one time.  So even with that being the case of "a second activation"  Oh but wait!!! "It is not possbilefor a machine to double register" according to Mathew Coomber.  But yet during the "support" it was claimed that a rollback in OS without deactivation could cause another activation to flag.... but wait i thought that no computer could register twice...  Look there is alot of false hood, we mentioned needing proper support or we would have to take further action..

Immediately they got jumpy and said.... are you threatening with legal action!!!!  If so we stop all support and forward you to the legal team!!!  (seem a bit jumpy? I would say yes)  Now I am going to also mention they flat out said there is a no liability refund policy, meaning they arent at fault so you can not get a refund  We have had enough and I am about to upload every part of the email regarding our last part with them... ya i stopped responding because i was tired of being LIED to..  I am the President of a Corporation myself, I know how the game works, so go ahead send your thug to try and viciously discredit our experience..  But in the end it will be the judge that takes you down.

The following is the email convos of our RECENT issue where more or less we are being told one thing and then another still putting the blame on us...  Poor customer "service" at best.  I paid for a product with customer support not customer INSULT!  IF they decide to go for blood as a response we will also post the other issue that was to our employees key NOT even registered to us (we just paid the bill)  where they took no steps to verify anything and just told us anything about the account while claiming they are SECURE.  Talk about a joke!

I do need the key wiped clean so we can continue running our station without losses. We have only had the key on our two stations. The newest computer had it added a little while ago and when trying to use that computer last night to broadcast it demanded authentication of the key multiple times until it was locked. This computer was never backed up OR restored, never had hardware changes nor has the original computer the station has been running on.I personally am the only one with access to these machines 24/7 I could and would swear an affidavit to these events if ever asked to. We just need the key wiped so we can continue operations. The new workstation has shown bugs in Sam and since there is a claim by Spacial that is "impossible" lets just cut to the chase and wipe that key before we suffer more losses. I would respectfully request that when making any hardware or operating systems (installation of a service pack for example) that to prevent this issue, you deactivate your license first. Licenses can be deactivated by clicking Config --> Registration Key --> De-activate. This will then close SAM Broadcaster. When the changes have been completed, the next time SAM Broadcaster is run, it will prompt for a license key. I have deactivated all three activations and would recommend restarting any instances of SAM Broadcaster using this license key to ensure the new activation is applied. Please let me know if this resolves your problem. Lets just wipe all three and start fresh. And here we are with another copy that I purchased for my station of Sam Broadcaster having allegations of excess key authorizations.... this time it is my main station copy... Please release my key again before this causes losses and damages to our Corporation. I am going for a medial surgery tomorrow and I expect that this will be fixed by tomorrow 4pm PST to prevent further measures from having to have to be taken.
