This is a common scam with these spammers. Their return address is (probably) fake too. If you report them to hotmail, hotmail will tell you that the email didn't come from them (it didn't.) It's very easy for anyone to put any address they want in the return address. To determine the TRUE sender of the emails go to www.spamcop.net. They have a (free) tool that will trace the origination of the email, and also send a report to the ISP that hosts the site.
