As per the comments of rebuttal left to my ripoff report, I called Eric to resolve the issue, he get me transferred to customer service. Spoke to Nicholas and explained him about the rip off of minutes, I got for purchasing the Just Call phone cards from them. I also reminded Nicholas, the comments left by Eric on RipOffReport.com as rebuttal, regarding 100% gurantee of advertised rates. As requested, I gave the pin number of unused phone card (Just Call) and the numbers I dialed "to"(destination numbers) from the used phone cards to Nicholas. In response, Nicholas told me that he will look into the details and it will take some time to resolve the issue? I asked how long?, I got an answer, he doesn't know how long...
