Well, I went to Internet Crimes and reported this Company as it stopped all communication. After my post here Spotmau sent an email asking me again what was wrong with the product and stated they would send a full refund if I again sent the Receipt numbers. I explained again that I didn't even have the product,,,so they sent me an email explaining how to use it. I have about 7 emails asking what is wrong with the product and just as many telling me how good it is and how to use it. I have about 5 emails promising me a quick refund as soon as I send receipt numbers. I have explained I didn't even receive the product many times and sent my receipt numbers many times. They cannot even tell me if it was sent or when it was sent. They have stopped replying to my emails and still have made no effort to either send the product or send my refund, or even work anything out. They have taken my 15yo sons $70 AUS and left him with a broken computer.
