Bought a desktop computer at Staples, they asked if we wanted it warranteed, okay. The computer would not connect with the internet. Took the computer back to Staples, they test it, it won't ping back. Staples does not take the computer back, it has to go back to HP or through Squaretrade.
A month later I am still waiting on a box from Squaretrade after contacting them 5 or so times and getting a story that the repair center did not get the order for a box or that the repair center wanted to send a tech instead. The next time I call same story....they will send a box, box doesn't show up...etc...
