Stainsafe, Leather Master, Furniture Services Industries Stainsafe ripoff Palm Beach Gardens Florida
I purchased Stainsafe warranties on all my furniture, which I purchased thru Sear's Homelife. I had my nephew's over and they spilled some pie on my couch and chair, which they promptly covered w/ a pillow. When I found it I called Stainsafe ripoff and reported the stain.
They said they would send a "tech" to inspect the stain. After 3 months I finally reached a live person and asked about the "tech" and my warranty. I was informed I had waited too long " read your warranty lady, you have 5 day's to call in, other wise you are not covered! Yet I did just that. This company deserves to get sued for fraud. I will be pursuing this . Surely there is some lawyer out there willing to fight these thief's. And what about the Furniture companies that continue to use them???
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WARRANTY YOU WILL NEVER GET SERVICE. NO ONE DOES.
