Standard Folding Carton & Union (Local 381) Wrongful Termination, Collusion
I was a member of Local 381 for over 13 years and employed at Standard Folding Company. They wrongfully terminated my employment. The union (Local 381) that supposedly represents the workers failed to assist me in this matter. They ignored my letters and when I finally got to talk to John Danetra, he flat out told me "we can't stop everything just to assist you".
I suspect he and the union are in collusion with Standard Folding Carton, and I believe I am being black balled, for it is nearly impossible for me to get employment in the Printing industry. The guilty perpetrators of this injustice need to be held accountable and be brought to justice. If people like this are allowed to do whatever they want with no recourse, the workers in this country don't stand a chance.
