I spoke with Mr. Grossman yesterday and he confirmed that a suit is in progress and it will be brought before a judge in the next few months - don't give up! Contact David Grossman as mentioned above, you can send him an email through lawyers.com and he will respond....

A law suit is a great idea and practically everyone who has filed a complaint regarding A-1 and StartUp Essentials seems to be in agreement. There are several lawyers mentioned, but no phone numbers to call for participation. I tried to find David M. Grossman in Dallas, TX and found one in Baltimore and sent an email to a group who included that name, but have not yet received a response. I've also emailed my States Attorney General Office, the FTC and the FBI. I went to the BBB months ago, but to no avail. I'm sure everyone else is as frustrated about this as I am.... With all these complaints about the same crooks that continue to take our money and not giving us anything in return, surely there has to be a resolution.... is there another website out there we can at least communicate with eachother directly??
