Steampowered Valve this company has fraudulently used my info and charged nine transactions to my MC debit account for $50 each, totaling $450. They done all the charges in the same day, one after another. I have emailed, sent numerous support requests asking them to call me. obviously they are scared to publish their phone number as I can't find one anywhere. We do not play these games they sale and don't believe in them. We are an older couple who works very hard for our money, and then people like them steal it. I have no idea how they got my info, but they did and they have taken what they could. steampowered.com internet
The online company Steampowered or also known as Valve has got my MC info somehow and has fraudulently charged my account not once, not even twice, but NINE times in the amount of $50 each with an amount totaling $450. They done all the charges the same day one after another. I've emailed them several times and filled out and sent in numerous requests to be called or emailed back on their so called support inquiries. You can Not even look at their site without creating an account, which I think is just bizarre. There is no pHone number anywhere on there. On their site it actually says that if you have unauthorized charges to contact them first to get it settled before contacting your bank. It also says they will automatically refund those charges back with no paper work or questions asked. .... sounds like they do this a lot. The problem, they don't contact you to discuss. We are an older couple and don't believe in games or online games. There is no way we would have visited their site or one like it. Now because of this we have to close out oue accounts and start over. Ridiculous! !!!! We want to and will prosecute to the full extent. We don't work so people like this cant steal from us.
