Sterling Cottages At Westend Deceptive Apartments Endanger Your Student. Be careful greensboro, North Carolina
Are you a parent? Is your child getting ready to leave to college? Like many parents, getting your child ready for college is a big step. When these students choose an apt, they do so carefully and with much afterthought. After all, this will be their home for at least the next year. Care is taken that the location is safe, that the student will be able to concentrate on their studies. The last thing any parent wishes to worry about is their child safety.
When the parent is close by, they can drive and check on them, try to help them and be there for them. But, what happens when the parent is in the military and what happens when the parent is deployed at war? Imagine your worst fears. Your child communicates with you and lets you know they have been threatened. Their property vandalized and their lives threatened. Imagine your child tells you that they have contacted management and their response is to do nothing? Well, this is the situation currently happening at these so called high end apts near UNCG. These apts are called Sterling Cottage at West End.
As a military retiree, I can understand the frustration a parent can feel when they are so far away and unable to do anything. Then, when management is contacted, and their response is that "we do not sell safety", you can imagine the frustration that is felt!
These complex is more concerned about the bottom line. Profits! Rather than terminating a lease 3 months early,, this complex was merely concerned with money.
The lady who has been entrusted to manage this apt complex had the following response, "if she is that afraid, have her dial 911".
Beware, do not entrust your children to this complex.
