I received a call on my cell from #941-244-7934.  Initially, I didn't answer the call as I was at work and did not recognize the number.  However, after getting 3 calls from the same number about every 10 minutes I decided to answer it.   

Upon answering the call, an automated message began indicating the caller to be 'Steve Martin' (please note that 'Steve Martin' had a heavy accent).  As I continued listening to the message, it advised the call to be about "an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid an appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense". Once the message completed, it repeated itself.

Although it appeared to me as a scam, due to the severity of the message, I did a reverse phone number search and found the number to belong to a company named "Ymax Communications."  I then did an internet search for Ymax Communications, which led me to multiple results, including the one from Ripoff Reports.  Once I entered my search engine on Ripoff Reports, I was surprised and relieved to find that Teresa in California received the identical message I had received just listened to.  Therefore, I wanted to file this report to help anyone else that may be the victim of this scam.  If you receive a similar call, please proceed with caution and know that it is a SCAM!!!
