Steve Shpilsky is a straightforward fraud.  Steve Shpilsky preys upon hard working entrepreneurs by making fraudulent promises. That he can sell US Securities in China, where he does not live or have license to seel American Securties. Steve Shpilsky says he knows “people” in China. Which is second lie…. We all know someone who is Chinese decent. I would say he misleads Americans who wants to built business in the US by promising to get them money from China.

 

Steve Shpilsky runs California Real Estate Regional Center also called “Care” or EB5 SOCAL

 

-        Only thing this Fraud “care”s about is defrauding

-        Ask him how many big hotels he has done.

-        He tries to align himself with big brands, which have not done any business with him.

He told us he funded the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills. Which we found out is a BIG LIE. It is owned #1 Developer in China called Wanda.

 

Do not give him any money no matter what he promises, you will lose it all. You be better of making a donation to a charity. Steve Shpilsky is big womanizer who will waste all your hard earned money on Russian women in LA.

Be very careful, if you one of the unlucky ones to come across him.

As an active CPA and former Forensic Fraud Accounting Specialist at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I take false allegations of fraud very seriously. 

CaRE EB-5 Regional Center has successfully sponsored over 60 approved EB-5 investors to date with another 25 currently being processed. Our offerings are conducted in compliance with US Securities rules and regulations at the advice of our EB-5 securities counsel and FINRA registered broker dealer. We rarely actively solicite projects. Our deals come to us based on our experience, reputation, and word of mouth.

The Waldorf Astoria is not owned by Wanda. This is 100% false and helps show the pattern of consistent inaccuracies made the ananymous poster. There are several public articles describing the project and its ownership. Anyone with the slightest bite of real estate knowledge in Los Angeles knows who owns the Beverly Hills Waldorf Project. 

I encourage charitable donations to noteworthy causes.

Allegations of womanizing are 100% false and extremely hurtful as a devout married father with two children.

It's obvious that this post containinging outright false allegations, lies, and riddled with factual inacuracies help a consumer see that it was made by a jealous competitor.
