Steves Burgers Forced me to use EDC software that cause to loose credit card transctions-Money disappears out of my account. Hemet, California
Bought the Adelo POS system with PC charge to process credit card in 2007. Later Alelo POS wont allow to use PC charge but their own software EDC to process credit card transaction. This EDC software does not work. Credit card transctions have not been posted numerous times. Had to call technical support . The bigger concern is that user may not notice that money is disappearing. The way I found the problem was the bank statement reconciliation. During rconciliation I noticed big differerce in money balnce between the bank statement and my record. It took me many days to find the cause of the problem. EDC software. Adelo still not allow to use PC charge as credit card processing software and will not refund my money.
