I worked for Anthony for 2 different companies. Abelard construction in St. Paul, MN and Euclid Roofing in Barrington, Illinois. When I was out working under one of his "Joint Ventures" for Euclid Roofing, I sold about 10 roofs in a 2 month period. Because we had an early winter last year and had to wrap things up in November, a few of the roofs I sold did not get build until Spring. I found out in the spring that the roofs were completed (homeowners were very unhappy with the work done overall and I dealt with a lot of quality control issues)
We not only lost a few of the contracts because roofers and siders would not show up. (one time they ripped off the siding against the homeowners wishes on Thanksgiving when the family went out of town to California to bury a family member and came back to their house in shambles-There was poor communication between the crews and the GC)
Their were 2 customers that did get their roofs built however, and the company has not paid me anything on. The Opperations manager, Gina Delmedico said, "you didn't really do anything to deserve to get paid out on it" even though I have an IC Agreement that states my responsibilities which I fullfilled, and the homeowners and my name is on the contract they signed.
And I have tried to be in touch with them time and time again, both Gina, and Anthony the owner, and have contacted them via phone call, text and email to no avail. I heard from another disgruntled employee that quit that they moved down to Florida to chase another storm. They also tarnished Euclid Roofings name in Barrington, Illinois from doing bad business. Euclid roofing is a company that has been around for 40 years.
Nearly every sales person that has worked with them has left because they steal jobs, take the money and run, and the salespeople get so frustrated because they do terrible work and are unprofessional.

I was an employee of this Company during the period of the alleged complaint posted by Cassandra Carlson from Legal Shield.
Here is the truth...
Cassandra Carlson, whom is actually from MN, and works as an aggressive MLM salesperson for Legal Shield, worked part time at our office (maybe 45-60 days) on and off when she felt like working assisting another salesperon in simply generating leads as she did not really know or understand the nature of our busiiness or company.
During that time, a personal relatinship developed between here and that salesperson, which spilled into the company causing much chaos and confusion, both in our office and with our customer base. It was a nightmare, as half the time Cassandra Carlson was not even there, and when she was there was alot of personal drama in our professional workplace. She spent a majority of her time trying to sell employees, salespeople and managers LEGAL SHIELD instead of doing what she was supposed to at our company.
She also had some additionaly "personal relations" with other male independent sales reps at our company which caused alot of further company morale issues, customer issues and a whole lot of problems amongst the male salesppeope in our company.
I was happy to see her depart and desert the compnay unexpectedly and very surprised when I heard that months later she was back asking for sales commissons and money on jobs she did not deserve, and even going to the extend of using her affilation with LEGAL SHIELD, as a way to attempt to extort the mangers of our compnay for money, when that money was certainly not due to her.
I am disgusted by this type of behavior by a female and hope to warn any future employees about Cassandra Carlson (from MN) whom claims to also work for Legal Shield and uses this MLM company as a means to both manipuate, bribe, and extort money from hard working entrepreneurs. Its a disgrace! Sorry to even have to write on this page and respond to such a ridiculous accusation. This is cheap extortion at it's finest. And it's disgusting!
