I had to take my 2017 Subaru Forester for AC service. They caused damage to my vehicle by not tightening or sealing what they took apart when 'fixing' my AC, and it caused water to spill out forcefully every time I used my AC after service there. I took the vehicle back to them to fix, and they did not fix it. The service managers, Chris and Robert, refuse to answer my correspondence on the issue, I had to pay another mechanic at a different shop to fix the damage they caused and they refuse to reimburse me for it, which is simply wrong. Unacceptable service, damage to my car, and not a care in the world to make the situation right. Truly a disappointment for Subaru.

Everytime I hear a story like this I cringe! There is NEVER any reason to go to a dealership for non-warranty service! Do you understand that? You will be PRICE GOUGED and you will have incompetent parts changers who masquerade as "mechanics" doing anything they can to earn a higher commission. On top of all this, the customer service is GARBAGE as you have seen! Find and use a good independent mechanic! For this problem, I highly suggest you take them to court. It may be small claims or it may not be depending on the money involved and make this dealership slime pay for what they did to you. They think you are too stupid and too wimpy to do it. Why not show them otherwise? The stinking, dealership slime in this country needs to be held accountable whether it be price gouging, bogus fees or treating you like horse manure. Take charge of this and do it now!
