Complaint Review: Subway - Orlando Florida

i go to this subway a lot--its right near ucf, usually the service is fine. etc.

but lately ive been having some issues with this palce, and the ignoramuses that work there. Ive expressed to these people not to mop while im there because im very allergic to chemicals. It makes no sense to me why, there is a dire need to mop or use chemicals, the moment someone who is highly sensitive to chemcials is there unless it's some form of intentional sabotage. Usually the people are nice and there's no problem.

Today I go in, and the guy decides he wants to mop..again.. can't wait for a customer to leave in less than 3 mins. you just 'have' to try to mop right while the person is there im sure. Im not saying it was done intentionally. it probably wasn't. The worker told him not to mop since I was there and he stopped. Instead he decided, he 'had' to clean. While my sub was sittnig there he figuers, he'll grab some chemicals and spray some stuff right near my food-- which of course is unsanity and dangerous anyway to do right near food-- that's like poison for the food and worse for a person like me who is highly sensitive to chemicals anyway. I mean. i'd like to know what these stupid people are thinking? the area he sprayed didnt even need to eb cleaned. he was spraying like for leisure time to pass time. while my food was being made so that my health and well being could be threatened in some form. then I ask for one sub to be remade. and got an attitude like. "wow what a b*tch" like. she doesn't erally want to eat food taht's been tainted by windex spray? I mean these morons shouldn't be spraying chemicals 'anywhere' near ANY food being made much less giving an attitude if someone expects their food to be remade for refusing to wanting to ingest particles of chemicals.

I told that they could remake my food after the other customers behind me.. oh that's great my food is ruined by 'you' and now i have to wait longer and get an attitude? on top of that. the sandwich i did eat made me sick and the 2nd one I wouldn't even want to touch. Maybe subway idiots who like to hurt customers, need to learn not to use chemicals around 'food' adn what big of a health hazard taht is and especially around people who are allergic to them.

I'm writing this because, it shocks me that u can tell these lunatics not to spray this stuff around u near or u near ur food and instead of understanding and compliance, they just 'have' to do the total opposite of what you ask.. and they can't wait until you leave until they start doign this stuff. they have to do it right in front of you, because you're the person it will make extremely sick. and im sorry the people that work there don't seem to be jerks or a**holes to be honest, but doing something like this, u don't really know what they are, regardless they have no regards for customer's food by spraying chemcials right near it especially after requests not to.

i doubt the managers will care or do anything because places like this are usually run by low lifes. people with no CSR skills who liek to mess with csutomers a lot. u might get an 'oh im sorry it won't happen again" though it probably will. i just have to say that peopel who do this are messing with people's health and lives. and if they are doing it intentionally. they are sick people who need some serious help.
