Suffern Furniture CROOKS! The worst most horrible treatment i have ever received, Ripoff Suffern New York
RUn dont walk away from this store. they are thieves. This store has been the place where we have purchased all of our furniture for the last 5 years. However now after they get your money they treat you like garbage. When asking them for a status they dont even call you back. our furniture was to be delivered in 6 weeks as when we called debbie, the most rude nasty and offensive person i have ever delt with, promised to call us back. a week later we called again and she told us thet if the worst thing in our life was that someone didnt call us back for a week than we should be happy, then she hung up on us. when calling back i was chewed out by janet and hung up on again. they told us we were wrong for calling and when i asked for brian or helen i was told the same thing. Helen the owner was and is aware of this treatment and feels that it is OK. I dont know what to do.
