On March 21st, 2013 I was viewing a tour by Suite Journeys in regards to their vacation packages. I signed up for their services based on their reduced pricing and availability of locations offered (condos instead of regular hotels). I was assigned contract number by Bill at Suite Journeys.

We agreed upon total purchase price of $4,300 with $860 down payment and the remaining would be $3,440 at 36 months. The monthly payment would be $124.19. I was told by Bill and his manager Gerald that I would receive in 30 (04/21/13) - 45 (05/06/13) days a statement to pay the remaining balance.

I contacted them in 30 days, on 05/01/13, and in 45 days to find out what was going on. I never received a statement up to this day. The package was for services to use the site but you still had to pay when booking any future packages (travel, hotel, or cruise). So basically you were investing with the company for their services.

The company showed me that they had an excellent rating on the Better Business Bureau and had no complaints against them. I left several messages with the office and their customer service line. I asked how can I cancel or find out what was going on.

I was directed back to the office and can only speak to 1 person by the name of Daniel. I spoke to him once on May 1st, 2013 and he couldn’t believe that my account wasn’t set up or that I had a statement. They apparently didn’t put me in their system or financed me for the remaining balance.

Daniel was supposed to get back to me and hasn’t since then. I contacted the company on May 6th, 2013, to cancel everything with them. I also tried calling the company several times every month to find out what was going on and why I had not received a statement. I am frustrated with this and the company is clueless. They only referring me back to Daniel apparently the only person that I can cancel with. No help whatsoever!!!!!
