Suncom Unauthorized international calls on a cellphone, Suncom only adjusted 35$ out of 130 $ charges. Myrtle Beach, SC South Carolina .....

I recently received a bill for my cellphone, with unauthorized international call approximately 127.00 dollars, I called the customer services and was told they were only authorized to reduce by 35 dollars only, what about the remaining ammount ?,I ave to talk to the supervisor, when

I called and requested for the supervisor, I was told his busy assisting other customer and they are closing at 9 PM. for the records I have not disputed any bill from suncom since I openned the account last august of 2001, and no international calls made by me in the past, I was hoping with my records and loyalty I think I deserve a better help than 35 dollars.

I am not saying I agree with everything Suncom is doing however..

I am employee of Suncom and everyday we get complaints about calls not made from their Phone and I often wonder where do you think the calls came from? I find it amusing that some of the calls are even to the home phone number or a family member's telephone number and the customer is still disputing them? Most of the customer feel that they are entitled to a free ride and not having to pay for services rendered. I am not saying I agree with everything Suncom is doing however, overall it is a fine company to work for and use in my opinion
