SunMaxx Solar Silicon Solar. Ed Gunn Sales, Linda..Account Manager Scam Artists..RippOFF... Liars Binghamton New York
Do not even think about buying anything from this company or these people. I odered two 30 tube evacuted solar panels from them and waited over a month with not even a word from them. Then they promise it will be shipped in two weeks. The two weeks thing is their favorite line to use...everything will be done in two weeks. I then demanded a refund and of course am still waiting for that. I'm out over $1900. I am reporthing them to the Attorney General and consumer affairs of New York ...plus filling a legal suit against them. Ed Gunn was the initial sales person who sold me the panels and of course good luck trying to get a hold of him after they have your money. There is a Linda ? who is the account manager who feeds the lies at the front desk when you try to get your money back. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!! This is far from over...I will either get my $1900 back from them or I will make sure they get $1900 worth of bad publicity. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from SunMaxx...they have locations in California too.

My name Matthew. I am the new manager brought in by SunMaxx to assist in addressing any customer service concerns that have stemmed from problems the company faced in the past. I am interested in looking into any existing problems or compaints, and how we can address those, or similar concerns that may arise in the future.
Can you please provide me with the details of your order and any resolution that has occured since your post so that I can account for this and address any remaning concerns within the company that led to this problem in the first place.
I look forward to hearing from you and addressing any concerns you may still have as we have addressed many of the concerns faced by some SunMaxx customers in the past.
