Sunshine Subscription Agency Rude, Unprofesional, and Barbara had the nerve to hang up on me Coral Springs Florida
I called and canc my sub in dec.The acct is used for bills only so there is just enough In the always just to pay them. I noticed it wasent canc in jan when i had 2 extra $28 charges for nsf and ret check on my acct. I called again and apoke with Barbara and she told me it was all taken care of.
Then in feb (just two weeks later by the way)there were three more $28.00 charges on my account for the same thing. I had enough money for my bills, but These charges went through first so it caused one of my other bills to be returned as well .
I then called her back on 02/03/05 and she told me to call collections. I called them and they told me they never received anything from her concerning this. I then called Barbara back and she said nothing can be done about getting any of my money back ! I asked 4 a supervisor she said there wasent one and she hung up on me! I then called back and another woman answered and gave me the owners #. I am waithing to hear back!
