Supabill, Porncash, and all the porn sites which are "associated" with those names are actually all the same company. I've been working for a long time in the porn business myself, and I've always wondered how "those guys" could use such a deceptive method without killing themselves with chargebacks. Well, after a little research, you figure out that having your own merchant account and running it as a "3rd Party Billing Service" for your own porn sites has lots of potential for ripping people off. Here's an exerpt from their affiliate program's terms... "Porncash, HitGrid, Quick Peek Pass, 30 Minute Pass and Supabill are registered Trademarks of Supabill Services Inc." And here are their sites: Pinkwet.com Xsluts.com Teenshave.com Xbitch.com Teenisex.com Lezbabes.com Ebonypearls.com Sickoteen.com Sickanal.com Sickoporn.com It would have certainly been a better business practice to simply put a "no chargeback policy" in their terms instead deceiving people to such an extent.

Larry, Fly by night porn sites are notorious for that neat trick--it's fraud. Porn sites promise a free peek for 30 minutes....but first you have to enter some information. Then they charge you even if you looked around for seconds. Im not saying thats what you were doing. Don't let them get away with it. File a fraud complaint with the credit card company and request a credit in full. Write a complaint to the attorney general's office in the state where the con operates. All AG's offices now have complaint forms online. Good Luck TFC

My advice: stay away from any sites that require credit card or checking account number for any FREE period. You mentioned supabill, so I assume this was a porn site. They use the deceptive "adult check" - give me your credit card number to prove you are over 18. You should call your credit card company, and dispute the charge. They will send you a form. Give a detailed description what happened. Quote them the terms of the site. Show to your bank that the other party is in fault - charging you without authorization. Ask your bank to stop ALL charges from supabill. Unfortunately to get cancellation or refund directly from supabill seems almost impossible. Your bank might help.
