Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company need to be shut down from there uncaring shop personnel and they are the kings of patching up instead of fixing it and some of the not so bright dispatchers. And the unending troubles they are in with dot currently. I must admit it's not all of them but the 30% that are pretty good at doing there job correctly they have to suffer because of the idiots. If it need fixing head for somerset and hope you have a dispatch that gives a darn. Other wise it's patch it up and keep it moving we'll deal with it again when it's another problem.

I wish they would set up a hotline so they can weed out the bad apples dispatcher who place loads on you that you can't legally make. It is not alright to stretch the driving hours just to make extra dollar. It hurts the company in the long run like it is now with the out of service rate the way it is and it eventually hurt you the driver. I learned this the hard way while you sitting at the weight station getting raked over with a fine tooth come you're just making up for all the illegal hours you ran to get that extra headache. It will catch up to you at some point.

Now in some states like Kentucky and Tennessee I think they are looking especially for ssi trucks to pull in and rake over the coal. I got pulled in for something stupid like my pre-pass , the dot officer said that is was not in the proper spot on the windshield check out my equipment from top to bottom asked for all paperwork and took my log book inside for careful inspection. I was very uneasy my log book was up to par and i knew my paper work should check out but i was worried that there may be something i over looked that could cost me and my family because right now i not making any money working here currently and my family needs every dime. You may say just leave well i can't right now because no company will hire me with lies on my DAC report from a previous company.

The shop personnel are part of the problem too quit being lazy and do some work, If you fix it right the first time it want be a recurring problem in the future if you have to patch, patch it up to go to a dealer not to continue on and it cost more to fix it down the road.
