I was called one evening and told that I qualified for a credit card with a credit limit of $2000. I was also informed that the only fee I would have to pay was $299.00(no interest or yearly fees). I was also told that I could do up to $500 in a cash advance from the credit card I was receiving and that I should receive the card in 7-10 working days from when the $299 was taken out of my checking account.

The $299 was taken out of my checking account on December 15, but I did not receive the "package", which did not contain any semblence of a credit card, until January 26, far more than 7-10 working days from December 15. I have read the terms and conditions of the "package" sent from Superior benefits and I plan to return the entire package ASAP so I can hopefully receive the entire $299 back that I was told would be held out of my checking account for a credit card.

Number two of the Terms and Conditions page sent from Superior Benefits states:

"If you cancel within fifteen day period, the entire payment made by you for this membership will be returned within ten days after receipt by Superior Benefits of your notice of cancellation."

Let me just add, I won't hold my breathe on the so called ten days or entire refund, given the lies I have already been told by this company. I would appreciate any help with this matter.
