i wanted to follow up with my earlier complaint. I was finally able to get a hold of them by calling them at the number on my credit card statement. it turned out that their responses to my emails were being caught in the junk mail filters with my hotmail company. they told me the package had probably been lost and offered to reship it for free i thought about it and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. the package came within 4 days.
