Complaint Review: Swap Sell Trade Kents Trading Co. Joe Richey - Cornelius Oregon

I'm not filing a complaint, however, since I am a Joe Ritchie customer I feel I have the right to give an opinion on my experience with him. There are a lot of scams on the internet, to be sure, but a lot of times a person scams themselves. They buy into these programs like Joe Ritchie offers thinking soon they will be millionaires or something? What I purchased from Joe Ritchie was information and he told me right up front that is what I was purchasing. He also stated in several of his recruitment letters that I could find this information on my own, and he was right, I can. Since purchasing his program, and following a few leads here and there from him, I have found over 500 Wholesalers that I can buy products from at much less than retail-name brand products included. He even gave me some of the sites but I took the initiative to find the majority of them on my own. But he gave me a place to start. As far as Im concerned, Joe earned his money with me. People have to understand-NOONE is going to give you a Million Dollars. If you want it, you have to go out and make it. You have to also understand he did not "Force" anyone to buy his products, they did it willingly-just the same way they buy from everyone else they buy from. Anytime you buy something that you dont see first, you are taking a chance, but if you choose to take that chance, then you cannot blame anyone else for the outcome but yourself. I have read comment after comment saying how bad Joe is and how his warehouse doesnt exist, based on some map program. I read maps for a living-Im here to tell you that after 34 years of it-I havent found a perfect map program yet. They all have at one point or the other left me sitting there wondering where Im at. I have also seen comments from Joe's side offering to work with disgruntled customers. I have seen both Joe and his collegues "Invite" you the editors to his warehouse. I have also noticed by your comments that you obviously havent taken hiim up on it. Dont you think that before you condemn a man, that you at least owe him the consideration to see if he's guilty of what you say he is? Why do you "Refuse" to go out and look at his Warehouse? Is it because its much easier to sit on your Throne and convict a man without a trial? You know there was another man like that once-the one who condemned Jesus to death. Maybe its because you're afraid you will find one? Then all of your condemnation of this man will be pointless. If he is guilty, dont you at least Owe it to your readers to prove it since you have obviously already convinced yourself that he is? If he's guilty, he should be punished but I dont think that he should have to pay for the mistakes of a whole planet. I personally think that your time would be better spent gathering facts, rather than leveling accusations at him, one of the facts being Does He Have A Warehouse Or Not? You say "No he dont" but how can you possibly know that unless you have been there? Thats not just you, thats everyone else who contends he doesnt, but it should really be your responsibility since it appears you are the leader of this crucifixion panel. If you really care about whats right, then do whats right!

Let's face it Joe, you have so many complaints from so many victims on this site and many other SCAM reporting websites that you have no credibility. ONE VICTIM REPORTS>>> My husband ordered what he saw on Joe Richeys websight. He saw refurbished Sony, Canon, Kodak etc. He read that he would be sent whatever refurbished cameras they were finishing that day. We recieved a box of new Vivitar cameras, what must be their lowest priced model. We have been watching them on ebay, some not even selling at auction, others priced by the sellers so low (.99) hoping to get their money back on the shipping. WELL JOE, WHERE ARE THEIR SONY, CANON AND KODAK CAMERAS? YOU SHIPPED THEM A BOX OF JUNK VIVATAR CAMERAS FROM A PROMOTIONS COMPANY THAT YOU PURCHASE THEM NEW FROM. ANOTHER VICTIM REPORTS>>> This company advertised :WE ARE LIQUIDATING A OVERSTOCK SUPPLY OF NEW DVDS DIRECT FROM THE STUDIOS IN HOLLYWOOD THESE ARE ALL BRAND NEW RETAIL READY ASSORTED DVDS. THESE ARE NOT DEFECTS OR DAMAGED DVDS, JUST BRAND NEW MOVIES ON DVD RIGHT FROM HOLLYWOOD Instead this victim got old movies from the 60's and DVDs like Wondertoons (you call Wondertoons a movie brand new from Hollywood!)... So Joe, what does BRAND NEW MOVIES right from Hollywood mean to you? To the rest of us it would mean New Movies on DVD's that are new and current NOT 40+ YEARS OLD! AND YET ANOTHER VICTIM OF JOE RICHEY FRAUD REPORTS I purchased some watches from this Rip off. When I got them there was 4 that were not working. 33 of them didn't have foam to protect them in the box. 10 were missing there warranties. 3 never had the watch holders in them and 1 box was damaged. When you pay $970.00 for them this is a big deal !!! WELL, JOE TELL US ABOUT THIS POOR VICTIM AND HOW YOU TRIED TO EXTORT A 30% RESTOCKING FEE TO TAKE YOUR BROKEN JUNK BACK AND WOULDN'T GIVE THIS PERSON THEIR MONEY BACK UNTIL THEY CALLED THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE ON YOU. (IT REALLY SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT YOU WHEN THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE KNOWS YOU BY NAME. WHEN I CALLED THEM AND FILED A COMPLAINT ABOUT SWAPSELLTRADE THEY IMMEDIATELY KNEW I WAS CALLING ABOUT "JOE RICHEY". SOUNDS TO ME LIKE AN INVESTIGATION IS UNDERWAY WHEN INVESTIGATORS KNOW A COMPANY'S OWNER WITHOUT EVEN BEING TOLD...) Well Joe, Shall I go on? There are more than 100 complaints lodged against you between this and other scam sites not to mention the countless complaints filed with the BBB, Attorney Generals Office and Postal Inspectors. So, Joe and Stacy(Joe in a red dress and black pump shoes) why don't you start with explaining why we should all believe you and not all these innocent victims? Think of this as a practice run for when you are before a jury and trying to convince them that you are an innocent maggot who just tried to make a (illegal) buck or two... I thought I would end this post with one of Joe's old classic frauds from about a year ago... Remember this fraud Joe? Brings back fond memories for you, doesn't it you inbreed SBO! I bought what was described to be a lot of estate rings, key word (estate), what I got was a bunch of rings that you get from a quarter machine out of any grocery store,I bought necklaces too which were so cheaply made that I could go to any dollar store and get the same product for 1 dollar each. I had to pay a postage of 15 bucks each for these great products and when I received them I was very disappointed, to make a long story short, I ended up having to return them at my own expense, had to pay a restocking fee, and still had to pay the postage for the crap they sent to me. I ended being out about 60 bucks for this little adventure. Take my advice and dont believe any of the descriptions of the products on this website and be aware also that if you buy from him and are not happy with what he sends to you, You are going to be out close to half of what you paid for the products, because you will eat the postage and restocking that he charges even if you get products that are not as they are described. Just keep that in mind when you order, he is going to keep your money and give you back a little portion of what you paid. Im sure he makes a nice profit off all of the returns.
