SWE Homes LLC scammed lied and got over HOUSTON, Texas
SWE Homes LLC we were looking for a home in 2009 and we found one home was making down payment and the home was vandalize so we wanted out of the deal and SWE states in very fine print that no refunds so we found another property with no home inspection as we request on doing they stated that it was not nec and that they would not honor the report now four years later and countless of problems i just want to let my property go. they told us that the house was $50k cash but it we have a mortgage on the home it would be $63k but when we went to closing i kept seeing $131k and my duplex is appraised at $34k i want to find my legal actions to get from under this home i have take a class to get a down payment assistance and i can not even par take in that because of this home. They give you until the 5th of the month to pay your mortgage and on the 6th is $140 for the letter that they send you and when you do the math for the late fees they are always $100 more when i went to go and see how i can pay my mortgage down they just said you need to read your contract there is never anyone there that can answer the questions that you have but they want money now. I have my obligations to pay however I feel i have been dupped because i did not know any better. Do we have any legal rights against SWE Homes
