I forgot to include info on the key the salesman claimed that he sent out to get made (as he do for all his customers). When I returned the first time after I'd driven the car as I was leaving I turned to the guy (who originally confirmined all it needed was a tune up) and asked for that spare key he sent out for and he asked another guy to bring it out. I recieved a key and after a quick look I noticed it wasn't a new key at all and I shook my head. Later upon returning for the last time I brought the key to the managers attention that the key I recieved was not new and did not belong to the vehicle. His response it to throw it away, what he was going to do with it. Just as I fiqured the key stall was just another tactic in their deception.
