SWE Homes This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. They do not return calls. They do not send monthly statements. Their foreclosure process is automatic. They have the most outragious fees in the world. You have to request a payment ledger Houston Texas
I have never had to deal a company like this. Their interest rate is over the top. Unprofessional, Money hungry, rude, Unfriendly. They do not return calls. They do not send monthly statements. You have to request a statement ledger which is messy and not very ledgible. They set up escrow accounts and do not pay the taxes as they should. We had a tax lien placed on our property where they did not pay and would not have know if we had not received a statement that next year showing it was not paid. They have excuss after excuss for what they do to try a justify it. I will never ever deal with this company again and I will never recommend this company to anyone else.
