SWIFTFUNDS FINANCIAL ROLLING Swiftfunds financial services. Threatened my college son with misleading and factually untrue statements California
After my son tried to cancel his Personal Trainer sessions, he was refused. Swift funds financial began harassing him on the phone, telling him he needed to pay $1,600.00 for the rest of his contract, which we tried to cancel with all the proper documents. They told him he would never be able to get a student loan, and they were reporting him to the credit agencies.I tried to speak with them, and the unprofessional woman at the other end kept trying to over talk me and refused to hear anything I said. EXTREMELY unproffessional at every turn. We will be following up with the BBB and the state Atty General.
