i sent them 3 emails and 3 phone calls not answered although i did getr a reply from one of my emails telling me there checking into it told them do not take 39.50 out of my account and cancel any membership for their magazines or what ever trial plan they had never did tell me what it was thou.

I had the same thing happen to me. I have been fighting with them via email for a month. Just recently reported them to the Texas Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. Everyone else should do the same.
