Hello All,
First of all i bought 2 softwares from Alstrasoft, they have a payment gateway SWREG.org and i paid around $400 for both softwares and they mentioned to me they are going to freely install and also they mentioned to me they are going to support, i have sent them more than 100 emails so far and no response, i have been scammed by this company, i lost my money and i really don't know how they are using the payment gateway to cheat people, this Alstrasoft is complete scam and SWREG payment gateway is complete scam and i would request other innocent consumers not to buy anything from this bloody scammers and money eaters, bullshit company and that guy JOHN is a fraud and he uses same name everywhere, he responses to all queries that its a good company and all, they are bull s**t and and i need help to get back my money, i need good company lawyer.
Please do not buy anything from this folks, its complete scam and u will loose your hard earned money.

Hi Everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know that SWREG understands, cares and is very concerned about your complaints. I have been working with SWREG closely and we are making great efforts to resolve the issue. SWREG has just recently launched a customer service page (http://cs.swreg.org/) and a FAQ page (http://faq.swreg.org/) that will answer any questions and concerns that you may have. In addition, they also have a 24 hour customer service center for a very quick response. SWREG wants to clarify that prior to 2007, the SWREG name appeared on all credit card statements, independent of product purchased or vendor. In 2007, SWREG added the ability for our vendors to provide their own company name or product name on credit card/billing statements in order to make it more recognizable to their customers. However, SWREG still has some vendors with the previous billing set up that have not migrated/switched to the new vendor-specific set up feature.
