Placed my order 09/18/2017 at 9:18PM - I had been watching this product to come back in-stock, it was showing as pre-order for about a week. I then saw it switched to in-stock and ready to ship by Tuesday, 09/19/2017. I ordered four of the Dri-Eaz LGR Dehumidifier's @ $1,525 each, with an additional 5% off coupon. Got an order confirmation email stating my order was placed and accepted, should expect my order within 2 days. I then referred two other people to take advantage of the stock as everyone and their mother is looking for these things. 

The next day I find out that I and a buddy of mine, who ordered before (and each ordered 4), contacted Sylvane, Inc. and they said it was a glitch to their website (still authorizing $5,795 charges to our cards) and the products were actually never available. Well, little did they know, my other buddy who placed an order for 2, his order was accepted and shipped. This was the last guy to order of the three. They did not know I knew this person, so what does Sylvane do? Lie.

They tried to claim the orders were all a glitch on their website, were never available and no one was getting their products, but again, my buddy who ordered two, was also on the other line with them as well, getting confirmation that his order was being fulfilled and they were providing him with tracking information. 

Of course, I call them back, confront them with this information, now that they have been caught in another lie, they try to create a new one, "Your order was never actually verified till the next day, Tuesday 09/19/2017", which is a complete lie. I have confirmation of my order at 9:18pm US East on Monday, 09/18/2017".... after I again blast them in this lie out of the severe frustration I am going through with these unprofessional, lying, low-lives, I am called a jerk and hung up on by Zach, I believe Zach Claxton, the "supervisor" of Sylvane.

Now I have previously spent thousands with Sylvane.com - was about to spend $5,795 more with them, and had plans to purchase 20 of the Dri-Eaz Sahara Air movers @ $365/each when they were back in stock, but these people have lost my business for good. If they were honest and professional from the beginning, they messed up, etc. No problem, it would have sucked, but I would have moved on. Instead, I am here, with now $5800 being held up by their company till they and AMEX decide to remove the authorizations from my account.

I went through this with AMGAIR.com as well and now have a total of almost $12,000 being held up by these scammers trying to sell me low grade products for the same price, then holding my money when I refuse. NEVER do business with these companies again. Do business with HONEST companies who aren't trying to deceive you just to make a few bucks.   

Stephen/Steven, Crystal, Zach - all deceiving, unprofessional individuals... and Zach says his boss, Angela, is just as professional. So trust no one at this place.
