Symantec Their support is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with Overseas? California
I was fed up with Norton Systemworks 2003 always causing problems in XP Pro, I thought the 2005 version would have worked out the bugs. I was wrong. The security key won't enter and I spent Nearly 4 hours on hold (4 different calls!)My computer was left vulnerable to attackers because the after 2 days it locked me out, but I was supposed to have 15 days to activate.
Did they farm out support jobs to India? I swear I can't understand a thing these guys say when I do get one of them on the phone. They don't understand what I'm saying either. I've had it! I stripped our computers of anything Symantec and I will never use thier products ever again. PriorityCare support?? Get a grip Symantec. You suck.
