Synergy Oil, LLC Robert Falco In January, 2011, I was bombarded with marketing calls from Sam Frees with Synergy Oil, LLC., Internet
In Jan., 2011, I queried the Internet looking for oil lease possibilities. I began receiving constant calls from Sam Frees with Synergy Oil, LLC, stating that they had just what I was looking for and began bombarding me with material substantiating their production and business plan. He wanted me to invest $100,000 stating that I would be receiving quarterly dividends and then could pull out in two years with my investment.
I checked all the normal reporting agencies and everything looked legit, but I told him I would only make an initial investment of $10,000, not the $100,000 he wanted. He accepted the $10,000 by telling me he was grouping my investment with a couple of others to equal the minimum $100,000.
to date I have received three distributions of $80.55, $58.92, and $79.44. The last correspondence I received from Robert Falco was November, 2012 wherein he said the company was on life support. i have written him since, requesting a refund of my investment, but cannot get a reply from Mr, Falco.

First, as an investor, you must understand the risks of investing. Right? You should always do research when investing. Tony Pistilli and Robert Falco were the owners of Synergy Oil LLC at the time of their scam

I'm looking into investing with Sam Frees's Oil company. My understanding is that Sam Frees was inthe sales department not a Managing partner in the company. Of course if you are on a lead list you are going to get calls. It just seems petty to name the salesman in a ripoff report.
