You are completely correct with your comments and concerns. This Company believes in running with the least amount of staffing and provides absolutely no training to their new coordinators.
They are literally thrown into the position and expected to pick up where the last employee left off. Some sites have no staff in place at all and have even filled the positions with corporate employees in order to get by. The tactics of how to recruit subjects is unethical and the expectations to get as many subjects in the study so Corporate can collect the money. There is no way that the data this company provides is of good quality or that the safety of the patients is not in jeopardy. There has been a 110% turnover rate of coordinator staffing. Something is not right.
