systemax advertised completely upgradeable, this is a lie. systemax would not support xp upgrade even though it was part of the total package we paid for. constant crashes, but repair center said nothing wrong and charged me a 100 bucks to reboot system that had been rebooted at least 10 times. not to mention the 150 bucks we paid to ship it. this is the worst experience we had in our entire lives.
