SYSTWEAK Cleverbridge They were offering free anti virus software, I download it, then it supposedly scanned the computer, but when I tried to clean the supposed virus/threats, it aske to pay $ 14.99, which after mutiple attemts I gave up and paid. Internet
I wanted to get an free anti virus for my computer, I serch for the top 10, and found SYSTWEAK Cleverbridge.
I download their free software, it scans my computer, but when I wanted to clean the threats, it would ask me to pay $14.99, I had no choice but to pay it, then it asked me to put the key number for the product, after multipe attempt as it faile but asked me for an additional $29.99.
As I got frustrated I called there toll free number, and told the guy you were supposed to be free I already paid $14.99, and the site does not accept the key number and is asking for more money. He said he can help me but needs my permission to remote into my computer to find the problem. Stupid me, I accepted he went over showe the problem and eventully said now I have cleared the threats your computer will be fine and work faster. Ofcourse he took the $29.99 and then said we have a support which will provide 24/7 support and they have 2 to 3 year plan which ran from $199 to 499, I declined that.
Next day I scan again and was shocked to find I have the same number of threats, I scan it cleans all, BUT every time I scan the same exact numbers kept coming. So essentially it does nothing but repeat the exact same number.
