 On Nov 9/2013 I decided to try Systweakpro to try and speed up my computer and address internet explorer errors. I paid about $40 for it, installed it and ran it. It made no difference to my system, but that is the risk I took. I then began getting popups about viruses, etc. When I finished paying for Systweakpro a screen came up saying call this 1-800 customer service number anytime for any computer related problems. So I called to discuss "internet explorer stopped working" issues and invalid internet connections to see if Systweak offered solutions. The first person who answered on a terrible conection asked how much I paid on the problem so far then the line was lost. The second time I called the person (on an equally bad connection) asked how much I paid for Systweak again. She asked for access my computer to verify I was thier customer, which I gave. She looked at my email reciept, the Systweak icon / popup and the Systweak page and she announced I hadn't paid enough and I need to pay $148 for customer service to look into the problem. I declined because based on the sales page there is customer support included with the approx $40 purchase. l was put on hold to talk to her supervisor who never answered and finally I gave up. So no customer service included with the Systweak software as advertised.

        Based on other ripoff reports here I'll have to watch for additional unwarranted charges now that I have called thier 1-800 number just to get an upsell attempt, which I declined.

        Stay clear of this questionable foriegn group.
