I recently received a bill from Tmobile in the amount of 857.00. This was a June bill. On the bill there was charges for April. As soon as I talked to customer service I told them to disconnect my phone I no longer wanted service. They said I had to make a complaint on line so I did.

I explained that I shouldn't have to pay for April charges since this was a June bill and I already paid for April and May bills. They gave me a little credit but said I still owed 542.60. Basically I've been e-mail all the time trying to make them understand that you can't bill someone for previous months just because the minutes were not reported to them in time for the May bill. How is that my fault.

I actually went throough my bill for June and looked at all the charges for the period stated on the invoice and I agreed to pay 250.74 because I seen I went over. That wasn't good enough for them they want the full 542.60. They said if I don't pay it there will be interuptions in my service. I don't care because I already disconnected it. I can't believe that these companies can get away with stuff like this.

Late Billables

Yes, believe it or not they can charge you for phone calls that didn't show up in your bills from two months back it's called Late billables and it's in your contract that you signed in the beginning. ALthough I do believe it's not right that it happens because it confuses the customer but once again it's in the contract. And they can't just turn off your service withough a $200.00 eta (early termination fee) if you are still in contract. You are lucky they credited you something normally they don't. Oh and for the furture this happens when you roam on another network (when your phone shows another carrier) then you end up with late billables.
