I use to take Kirby to Tail Waggers since 2010 and found out Jenn the owner was lieing claiming my dog was biting her and was charging me 15 dollars extra for a behavior fee! How i know this is I became suspicious and decided to try Kirby at another groomer! When I picked up Kirby I asked him how was he and he said he was a sweet heart and I asked him did he try to bite you and he said no he was a good boy! He Only Charged me 60 dollars and all future grooming appointments he said he will only charge 50 dollars from now on! I explained my financial cirumstances and he understood and worked with me unlike Tail Waggers did for me!
Tail waggers was charging me for services That I Said up front I can't afford and I don't what this done to Kirby but yet she didn't care and when I picked up Kirby she charged me 160 dollars for a little lhasa Apso 14 pound dog basic grooming services that shouldn't be that expensive!
Conclusion: The Owner Lies and over Charges and doesn't care what you don't want done she will do it anyway and charge you!
Please people Beware of Tail Waggers!

I'm the former publisher for this complaint and tail waggers owner and I talked and resolved all issues and I am gonna continue taking Kirby to her place!
It's an excellent place to go after all!!!!
