I ordered a Stress Max 900 Car Massager, from takemiselect wholesaleoutlet and the day I recived it I call the company and asked for a Rma, and was told Someone would send one out. It never happended.

Afrter four calls and three weeks someone did call to tell me that I was not intiled to a refund, Because the massager did what the add said it would do.

Actually, if you read my original complaint, you will see I was in the right. I will also say that I responded to the president of the companies offer to call him directly. Once I did that, he fixed the problem. While it should have been done earlier, I am a happy customer with a good massage chair and recommend their product. Based on the fact that they have six complaints on here, they do have some customer service issues that still need addressed. I hope they do get those issues fixed as they have a good product at a good price.

OK, let's get some facts. the 3 complaints on this site were filed from 8-29 for the first one, to the most recent being 9-23. that is less than 1 month for the three complaints. This company has done nothing but twist facts and flat out lie on this site. Fact number 2. They claim a decade of success??? Netwise for Health LLC (the corportate name of this company) registered in Florida 7-6-06. The filed for the name Takemi Select Wholesale Outlet on 12-20-06. that is less than ONE year from this date (October 2007). They have lied so much on this site, that their nose must be to long to fit in their office.

Let me start with this Stress Max 900 Car Massager is a a rip off in the first place. It does absolutely nothing. Well I see that I'm right about TAKEMI SELECT, and the Lying statement that I never called once I said that I could prove how many times I called they no longer want to uphold that lie but rather depend on the fact that I don't have a copy of the email they say they never received, I shouldn't have to go so far as to record phone convections if this was a reputable company. No I didn't keep a copy because I had the crazy Idea this was a reparable company who would honor the 30-day guarantee, and not avoid costumers for the 30 days. When I finally did talked to mike and told him I wanted a refund because the item didn't do what the add stated, (tell me the date on this conversation Mike) he later called and told me his lawyer told him that the Stress Max 900 Car Massager did roll because the vibration went from top to bottom, meaning the 'current' (as opposed to anything actually moving) so he didn't have to give a refund. More word games, I called back to request a refund based on the fact the 30days was not up and Mike nor anyone else returned my call. This is what those convections were about not just any subject, By the way this item is a pice And yes you are a liar because you stated I never called, and never said it again after I said I could prove how many times I called.

I have a complaint also on this website about this company... similiar in nature as they are having issue with giving me an RMA. In my complaint, they have actually changed the documentation and then quoting their change in the complaint. It is a good thing I have hard copies of the documents from their website. When dealing with this (or any company) always print off the documents they quote at that moment, to avoid tactics of changing them.... and then saying that was the policy when you purchased.

Mike has never made this statement before now, This clearly shows this customer does not nor did he ever contact us by phone just like our true resopnse email states show us something or some one you talk to but you can see this customer can not. Because if he had I would have been more then happy to show him a copy of all the calls on my phone bill to his office and Im still more then happy to show him my phone bill that shows the date and time of all calls, and to make the statement that I never called If I cant prove that I called there office more then three times before the 30days Ill apologize and walk away from this right now on the other hand if I can what is mike willing to do? and not ask for any proof, I would only hope that after seeing the bill that he would not then say that I was calling to tell him how happy I have not been with there product. Or service. What Mike should do is to stop with the lies and do the right thing, because he and I know that I can show that I made every effort to return this item the first week. And well before the 30day period. Even after seeing this report no one from there office has made any effort to contact me, Because they came to the conclusion back in July that they were not giving out refunds for any reason.

This is the email I received from Takemi, after sending my first email to them within the first three days after receiving the item, I then also made more then three unreturned phone calls, At no time did mike or anyone else say let me look in to this he just says the calls could have been about any thing, As if I call there office to chat every week. I talked to at least three different people there, And If he would he put any effort into finding out what was going on Im sure someone would have told him, And I guess the first email got lost in his computer, because he emailed me telling me to prove I sent it. What they did was play the game of catch me if you can for 30 days and then say sorry its to late. This is a never used item and they were notified the first week, But with them you better send them a registered letter to put them on notice.
