Complaint Review: Takisha Walters -

 Takisha Walters is using PayPal to get deposits for a service she knows she's not going to perform. I sent Takisha 50.00 through PayPal believing that she would be doing my hair in goddess locs like she advertises on Instagram. I found out that she steals pics from people and uses them as her own. She has potential customers thinking that she has done these hairstyles on the customers in said pics on her IG(Instagram) under @naturalhair_world. She has a number 818-207-1703. I text her inquiring about doing the locs on my hair. She told me how to pay through PayPal. She then sent me a request for the money using my email on [email protected]. I sent her the money and text her that it was completed. She then ask for my full name, contact number, hair color, exact date, time and city. I did so and it was originally confirmed that my appt with her via text for May 17th at 11am. She called me on May 11, 2017 to say that someone had canceled and wanted to know if I wanted to come earlier. She said May 15th was available at 11am which was a Monday. On Sunday May 14th at 1:03pm I asked where she would be sending me the address to her location in the morning. She then sends me a pic of the "apts" of where she was going to do my hair. When Monday gets here, she texts me at 8:21am that she had an emergency gas leak in her tower and they had to evacuate for a few hours to make sure everything was safe. She then moved the appt to 3:30pm. She then text me at 3:11pm to say that she was in the residents office signing paperwork saying that everything was clear. I then replied that I was on my way. At 3:12pm she called to tell me that she had to go get my hair from somewhere else because the place she usually goes to did not have my hair color. When I booked with her she had already confirmed that my color would be available. So then she moved my time for the 3rd time to 5:30pm. When 5:30pm rolls around. She calls to tell me to meet her outside the appt of the address in the pic she sent. When we met she began to tell me a story of her being locked out of the apt because the "guy" she sublet from was caught subleasing apts that he had no right too. At first I was feeling sorry for her situation and she convinced me to try to do it for another day. I had then told her I originally asked for Wednesday in the first place, she then said she could come to my house and do my hair on Wednesday. I had agreed because she had already had my deposit. After telling my husband what happened he had reservations of a stranger coming to our home. I then text her at 9:04pm declining her to come to our home. Everything went downhill after that. I have all the text messages of her telling me I wouldn't get my money back. She downgraded the city of Compton calling it trash and she wasn't coming to my home anyway. I have info on the 3 IG's that I know are hers. In one IG @sweetcocoafitness that she owns a salon but she doesn't provide an address or location. She uses the same woman's face as the one on @naturalhair_world. When I began to put her on blast via pics and hashtags that she was a fraud she blocked me. I've had people direct message me that she too have pulled that same scenario as far as changing the times the same day as the appt. What else do I need to do? This woman needs to be stop. I'm not the only one she's defrauded but she did pick the wrong one thinking that I would just let my 50.00 go without repercussion.
