I HAVE WORKED AS AN EXTRA AND YOU ARE AT LEAT SUPPOSED TO BE PAID MINIMUMJ WAGE. THIS IS A SCAM FOR SURE. I ASKED THE CASTING DIRECTORS I KNOW IF THEY HAD EVER HEARD OF THESE PEOPLE AND THE ANSWER WAS NO. APPARENTLY,THEY MUST DO RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET AND POST ONLY THE "jobs" THAT THE INDIES AND STUDENT FILM DIRECTORS HAVE WHEN THEY WANT PEOPLE TO ACT IN THEIR PROJECTS FOR FREE OR FOR A MEAL AND A DVD OF THE PRODUCTION. CANCEL THIS WORTHLESS MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE IT SEEMED LIKE A RIP OFF TO ME WHEN I SAW IT AND APPARENTLY IT IS NOT WORKING FOR YO9U.

I cant believe I actually fell victim to this scam. Talent6 is huge scam. I wrote down word for word what I was told on the phone. They said a 45 dollar sign up fee.( I was charged 50). And a 20 dollar monthly fee (I was charged 40 per month). this is not counting the random charges that started to appear for 2,3,4 dollars every now and then. Every casting call that I received was non-paying and for somthing ridiculous like midgit dancers. They have a "director" send you a generic spam-like message so they can get out of paying you back your sign up fee. Its not like I live in a small town, I live in Baltimore and was promised many casting calls. You would get more out of your money putting your cash through a paper shredder. Please do not fall for this like I did, you will hate yourself.

My name is Igor Reiant and I am the CEO of Talent6. I'd like to personally apologize for any problems any former member or employee may have encountered with our service. We've worked with over a million clients in the last two years and have designed our sales and customer support procedures to accommodate every one of them. However, as with any company, problems and mix-ups do occur, and we do our utmost to solve them and prevent similar issues from happening in the future. We are not hiding anything. Members of Talent6 have the ability to cancel online and send questions through the site directly to Customer Support. If a client prefers to speak to the Customer Support Department by phone, our toll free phone number is provided during the initial sale and on the website. By calling 1-800-710-4210, you will be directly routed through to a real person who can answer questions, provide refunds and help you with any problems you may have. There are no phone prompts or mazes to go through and wait time typically does not exceed three to five minutes. Talent6 is constantly working to improve our Customer Support Department, Sales Department and our website as a whole. We post thousands of new casting calls every week for people working to break into the entertainment industry. Search for Talent has also signed up hundreds of Casting Directors and Photographers who contact our members every day with upcoming opportunities. We are consistently growing and expanding, but it's not because we're a scam, it's because Search for Talent works. In addition, while I do take great pride in www.Talent6.com and the thousands of people who have successfully used our online services. Thank you Sincerely, Igor Reiant CEO Talent6

The only way in which anyone should have to pay to work is if he/she is starting his/her own business or investing in one. There are so many scammers out there that I just avoid using the internet to look for work. Any emails I get asking me to work from home I just delete. I was scammed not long ago by someone offering an "opportunity" to process rebates and it turned out it was all about placing ppc ads and trying to sell products and offering rebates. So I'm done with all of that stuff. If I want to work from home, I will start my own business and be done with it. I really empathize with you and I wish you luck in getting your money. If you used a credit card, you could file a report with your cc company to get your money back. Then you could have them cancel your card and issue you a new one with a new number.
