Carrie, I am pleased that you said you liked Talent6.com overall and definitely apologize for the marketing techniques. Sometimes our marketing firms we contract with do not always follow the strict guidelines laid out by Talent6. We are a major talent venue and have recently worked with L.A. Ink and The Biggest Loser among many others. Just simply do a Google for "Talent6 & LA Ink" or "Talent6 & Biggest Loser". I can assure you that if we were anything other than legit, they would not rely on us in such a critical manner. Same for ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, CW and MTV whom our members have privileged access to their casting calls. Now to address the complaints here and other places. Talent6.com has had over 1.3 million members sign up over the past 4 years. I did an exhaustive search and found about two dozen online complaints posted by 16 unique people over a four year span. The usual online complaint ratio to actual complaints, industry wide is about 129:1 meaning 1 online complaint for ever 129 issues. Given those numbers one could deduce that 129 X 16 or 2064 complaints in four years out of more than 1.3 million. That is about a 99.998% customer satisfaction. No industry is 100% and Talent6.com is very proud of its high satisfaction rating. Most of the complaints come from people that simply do not understand that Talent6 is not a talent agency, we are a talent venue that provides online access to tens of thousands of casting calls and casting directors. If you take a proactive approach and use the tools and instructional videos provided, you will be successful. This is the basis of our 90 day guarantee. If you are not contacted in 90 days you can get your money back. Plain and simple. We have thousands of members that have been with us for years and look forward to you finding success with Talent6.com
