Talk Fusion Ripped off $400 and never delivered to me working product, refused refunds. Brandon Florida
July 2007 ordered video email program and joined network marketing business opportunity, paying $359.00. Product came, it did not work. After going back and forth, I asked for a refund. The owner Bob Reina got on the phone and asked me to give them another chance, that they would send me out a Large CD (they sent me a small CD) and a new webcam.
i waited. Finally got box, but it was only webcam.
I called and emailed again and said I want a refund. Owner got back on and was cocky and threatened me that he has been to court many times and never had to refund anyone a penny.
He even went as far as saying to me that he had two FBI buddies in his office..... I asked "what does that have to do with anything?"
Then I later found out he had run two other MLM's Travel Reaction and Cash Card Worldwide with many reports of SCAM and fraud!

Been a TF rep for some time and never heard of anything so absurd happening to any of my team. Sometimes competitors will post bogus reports to try to strum up controversy. I'm not saying this is the case here, but wow, it's the most bizarre story I have heard to date.

I am a consumer and a user of this product. Before I bought into this company I did my research read the company policies. The product itself is far superior to any other out there on the market. As far as peoples complaints on Bob's demeanor or attitude, I guess it's called a personality conflict. Not every one in this world will get along. It sounds like Bob could use some people skills classes, but that's up to him. The business and the product are superior, and like any other business you get out of it what you put into it. No one from Talk Fusion has ever stated or promised to build this business for you. It's an opportunity for YOU. I use this product for personal use and it's awesome.
